Entry and the reserved enclosures are free but you need photo ID; foreign visitors should carry a passport, which also gets them into the much shorter queue for the enclosure nearest the gates. Bags are not allowed inside and must go into paid cloakrooms outside, phones and cameras are generally permitted but mobile signal is usually jammed near the border, so fix a meeting point with your driver before you go in.
