Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 3 August 2026
Welcome to Travelomore.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.travelomore.com, our applications, communications and related travel-planning, booking-facilitation and support services collectively referred to as the “Platform”.
The Platform is owned and operated by Omore Digital Labs Private Limited, having its registered office in Gurgaon, Haryana, India (“Travelomore”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, requesting a travel plan, making a booking or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform.
If you make a booking or provide information on behalf of another traveller, you confirm that:
- you are authorised to act on that person’s behalf;
- the information you provide is complete and accurate; and
- you have informed the traveller of these Terms and all applicable booking conditions.
You remain responsible for all travellers included in a booking made through your account.
2. Our services
Travelomore may provide travel discovery, planning, recommendations, itinerary assistance, booking facilitation, trip-related communications and customer support.
Certain travel products displayed or arranged through the Platform are provided by independent third parties, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, tour operators, insurance providers, payment processors and other travel-service suppliers (“Travel Providers”).
The exact services available may vary by destination, itinerary, availability and Travel Provider.
Travelomore may act as an intermediary between you and a Travel Provider. Where this applies, the Travel Provider is responsible for delivering the relevant flight, accommodation, transport, activity or other travel service.
3. Travel recommendations and automated features
The Platform may use technology-assisted or automated systems to organise information, personalise recommendations and help prepare travel plans.
Recommendations, estimated travel times, destination information and suggested itineraries are provided for planning assistance. They do not constitute a guarantee of availability, suitability, safety, price or outcome.
You should independently review all material details before confirming a booking, including dates, passenger names, destinations, entry requirements, connections, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation conditions.
4. Accounts and information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- restricting access to your account and devices;
- reviewing traveller names and details before confirmation; and
- promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorised use.
Names entered for a booking should match the relevant government-issued travel documents. Travel Providers may refuse corrections or charge fees for changes.
We may suspend an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorised activity or a breach of these Terms.
5. Bookings and confirmation
A search result, recommendation, itinerary or quotation does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking.
A booking is confirmed only when:
- the required payment has been successfully processed;
- the relevant Travel Provider has accepted the reservation; and
- a booking confirmation or ticket has been issued.
Inventory and prices may change before confirmation. If a selected service becomes unavailable or its price changes before confirmation, we will notify you and, where appropriate, offer available alternatives or arrange a refund of amounts collected for the unconfirmed service.
Please review every confirmation immediately and inform us promptly of any error.
6. Prices and payments
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Platform.
The total payable amount may include base fares, accommodation charges, taxes, government levies, Travel Provider fees, payment-processing charges and Travelomore service or convenience fees.
Some charges may be collected separately by a Travel Provider, hotel, local authority or payment provider. Examples may include resort fees, city taxes, security deposits, baggage charges or charges for optional services.
Foreign-currency payments may be affected by exchange rates and fees determined by your bank or payment provider.
You authorise Travelomore and its payment partners to collect the amounts disclosed to you during checkout or before confirmation.
7. Cancellations, amendments and refunds
Bookings are subject to the cancellation, amendment, no-show and refund conditions disclosed at the time of booking and imposed by the applicable Travel Provider.
Certain bookings may be non-refundable or non-changeable. Others may attract supplier charges, fare differences, service fees or taxes.
Where Travelomore facilitates a cancellation or refund:
- eligibility will be determined by the applicable fare and Travel Provider conditions;
- any disclosed non-refundable fees may be deducted;
- processing may begin only after the Travel Provider confirms the refundable amount; and
- the time taken for funds to appear may depend on the Travel Provider, payment processor and your bank.
Travelomore will not deduct an undisclosed cancellation charge. Nothing in this section limits any refund or remedy available to you under applicable law.
8. Travel documents and entry requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that every traveller possesses valid passports, visas, permits, health documents, insurance and any other documentation required for the journey.
Entry, transit, vaccination and documentation requirements may change without notice and may depend on nationality, travel history, destination and route.
Information provided through the Platform is general guidance only. Before travelling, you should verify requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, government authority, airline or Travel Provider.
Travelomore is not responsible for denied boarding, refused entry or loss resulting from incomplete, expired or incorrect travel documentation, except where directly caused by our breach of applicable law.
9. Traveller responsibilities
You agree to:
- review all booking and itinerary details;
- arrive within the reporting times specified by the Travel Provider;
- comply with applicable laws and supplier rules;
- behave responsibly and avoid disrupting other travellers;
- disclose relevant accessibility or assistance requirements before booking; and
- avoid carrying prohibited or restricted items.
Travel Providers and authorities may refuse service where their conditions or applicable laws are not met.
10. Changes, disruptions and force majeure
Travel plans may be affected by schedule changes, cancellations, weather, natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, government actions, public-health events, security incidents, border restrictions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where a Travel Provider changes or cancels a service, Travelomore may assist with available alternatives, rebooking or refund requests. The outcome remains subject to the Travel Provider’s policies and applicable law.
Travelomore does not guarantee that every requested alternative will be available. We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Third-party services and links
The Platform may display content, offers or links from third parties.
Travelomore does not control every third-party website, service or policy. Your use of a Travel Provider’s service may be subject to separate terms, fare rules, privacy notices and operational conditions.
You should review those conditions before completing a booking. A link or listing does not constitute an endorsement of every statement or service offered by the third party.
12. Travel insurance
Travel insurance may help protect against certain cancellation costs, medical emergencies, baggage loss and travel disruptions.
Where insurance is displayed or facilitated through the Platform, the policy is issued and administered by the relevant insurer. Coverage is governed exclusively by the policy wording, exclusions and claim conditions.
Travelomore does not provide insurance, legal, medical or financial advice unless expressly stated otherwise.
13. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes;
- submit false traveller, identity or payment information;

- reproduce or commercially exploit our content, software or branding;
- make speculative, false or abusive bookings; or

“Travelomore” and associated branding may not be used without prior written permission.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the Platform for legitimate travel-related purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
15. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person’s rights.
You grant Travelomore a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format and display that content for operating and promoting the Platform, subject to applicable privacy law.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or unrelated to the relevant service.
16. Privacy and communications
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
To provide requested services, information may need to be shared with Travel Providers, payment processors and operational partners. The relevant details and purposes should be described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to receive transactional communications concerning your account, enquiries, bookings, payments, itinerary changes and support requests.
Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable law and available preferences. You may opt out of marketing without affecting essential service communications.
17. Service availability
We aim to keep the Platform reliable and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
We may update, suspend or modify parts of the Platform for maintenance, security, legal, operational or product reasons. Where reasonably possible, material changes affecting confirmed bookings will be communicated to affected users.
18. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law:
- Travelomore is not responsible for acts, omissions or service failures of independent Travel Providers;
- we are not liable for information supplied directly by a user or Travel Provider that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable; and
- our liability arising from a particular booking will not exceed the amount paid to Travelomore for the affected service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
This section does not protect Travelomore from liability arising from its own fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or breach of non-excludable statutory obligations.
19. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Travelomore for third-party claims and reasonable costs arising directly from:
- your fraudulent or unlawful use of the Platform;
- information or content you submit without authority;
- your material breach of these Terms; or
- your infringement of another person’s rights.
This obligation will not apply to the extent a claim results from Travelomore’s own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.
20. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, create a security or fraud risk, or where suspension is legally required.
Termination will not automatically cancel confirmed bookings. Existing bookings will continue to be governed by their applicable conditions unless separately cancelled.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in law, our services or operational requirements.
The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights already attached to a confirmed booking unless required by law or accepted by you.
22. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Please contact us first if you have a concern. We will attempt to resolve it fairly through our customer-support and grievance process.
