Ticket counters are at the Badi Pol and Shitla Mata gates and tickets can be pre-booked online. Audio guides in English, French, German and Spanish are at the Information Desk in Moti Chowk, which is also where a lift, ramps, free wheelchairs and a Braille guide book are arranged on request; because of level changes and narrow stairways, step-free access is not possible everywhere.
