Seasons at a glance
Winter
November – March
The ideal season. Warm, sunny days (23–28°C) and cool evenings — perfect for the Corniche, Louvre Abu Dhabi, and desert safaris. Peak season for the Abu Dhabi F1 Grand Prix in November.
Spring
April
Still very pleasant with temperatures climbing into the low 30s°C. A good shoulder-season window before the summer heat sets in, with fewer crowds.
Summer
May – September
Extremely hot and humid, with highs regularly topping 38-41°C. Outdoor sightseeing is best limited to early morning or evening -- this is the season for Yas Waterworld, Ferrari World, and mall-hopping, with steep hotel discounts.
Autumn
October
Heat begins to ease as the month progresses, with highs dropping from the mid-30s toward the high 20s°C. A great value time to visit as the peak season crowds have not yet arrived.
