Pre-dawn wake-up. Witness the magical sunrise over the Himalayan ranges — Nanda Devi (7,816m), Trishul, Panchachuli, and Nanda Kot from a single viewpoint. Day spent on forest trails inside the sanctuary — ideal for birdwatching (200+ species), slow nature walks, and photography. After breakfast, drive to Kasar Devi (1.5 hrs) — the legendary ridge that's drawn spiritual seekers since the 1890s. Visit Kasar Devi Temple (where Vivekananda meditated). Walk the Crank's Ridge — named for the artists, writers, and seekers who've lived here. Café-hopping at the famous expat-run cafés. Meditation session at a quiet ridge spot. Evening at leisure with valley views.
Slow breakfast. Departure from Kasar Devi by mid-morning. Begin return drive to Delhi. Arrival in Delhi by late evening.
